My Story
Hi, I’m Mary Miller. I’m a leadership and life transformation coach who delights in challenging and supporting clients to live their most authentic lives.
As a woman with broad business and life experience plus a deep desire to serve others, I humbly guide clients through times of transition to uncover their truest selves and find profound satisfaction every day.
My own path has been filled with challenges — successfully rearing four children alone, overcoming significant medical challenges, and thriving in the midst of the recent historic automotive bankruptcy. My journey has been one of deliberate searching and significant transformation.
During my career in the automotive sector, I’m most proud of my contributions to challenge and support executives and employees to develop their individual strengths and talents while positively impacting the bottom line.
Throughout that time, as I relied on my values of faith, hard work, and honesty, I discovered that deep listening and authenticity creates trust — trust that is fundamental to leading people in times of change.
My team and I created and increased trust across all levels of the organization allowing people to unleash their strengths and abilities to take new actions and achieve new outcomes.
I loved this work so much I decided to make leadership and life coaching my career.
